Click the Forums link on the left to get to the forums. Make sure you register and click the right link in the e-mail in order to verify your e-mail address.
As stated in the forums, they're a work in progress and the layout will be ironed out soon enough!
Mortalis.com is under construction and will be back soon.
The forums should be accessible later this week once me and Tryfwar get things under control. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, write them down on a piece of paper and post them once you can!
